Each type of workwear that we create starts with a brief either developed by our sales team or supplied by the client. A first draft is then carefully created and used by our designers to construct detailed design proposals that keep the functional necessities and aesthetic characteristics of the garment at the forefront.
With the approved design in hand, the technical division then identifies the most suitable method of production. Fabrics, accessories, Smart Tech and IoT are chosen with care to fulfil each unique and original requirement. Personal Protective Equipment is subject to extra attention in order to comply with the requirements imposed by international standards.
Even though the suppliers certify the high-quality raw materials conform to standards, the materials undergo further thorough laboratory testing to check weight, dimensional stability, colour fastness, tensile and tear strength. Only after a fabric has successfully passed the entire testing phase will it be used in the prototyping phase.
The design is then passed on to our pattern makers who work on the various components of the garment and generate the vector models used to guide the automated fabric cutter. Once the fabric has been cut, skilled workers assemble all the components and accessories and then the prototype moves on to the next phase: fitting inspection. This process identifies and corrects any defects in the prototype in order to ensure that it is fit for purpose. Finally, the prototypes are sent to the client or else to accredited laboratories for a final inspection.
